1. Our "Risk-Free" Guarantee
At PrepMyself, we are committed to helping you achieve your target IELTS score. We believe in the quality of our AI feedback and mock tests. However, we understand that our learning style isn't for everyone.
Our refund policy is designed to give you a fair chance to try the platform while preventing abuse of our premium AI resources.
2. Monthly & 3-Month Exam Pass
We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all first-time purchases of the Monthly Pro and 3-Month Exam Pass plans.
To be eligible for a full refund, you must:
- Submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.
- Fair Usage Check: Have used fewer than 5 AI Writing Corrections and completed fewer than 1 Full Mock Test.
* Note: We enforce this usage limit because we incur significant costs from AI providers for every essay we grade.
3. Weekly Pass Policy
Due to the short-term nature of the Weekly Pass ($7), this plan is generally non-refundable once used.
Exceptions may be made only if you have not used any AI credits and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
4. Cancellation & Billing Cycle Rules
To avoid confusion, cancellation and refunds are treated as separate processes.
- Recurring Plans (Weekly Pro / Monthly Pro): Cancellation takes effect at the next billing date, not as immediate entitlement removal.
- Active Access Until Cycle End: Premium access and remaining credits continue until your paid period ends.
- No Automatic Refunds on Cancellation: Cancelling a plan does not itself create a refund.
- 3-Month Exam Pass (EXAM_PRO): This is a one-time purchase and not a recurring subscription.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not available for:
- Subscription Renewals: Auto-renewal charges cannot be refunded as server capacity is reserved.
- High Usage: Accounts that have utilized significant AI resources within the first week.
6. How to Request a Refund
Please email support@prepmyself.online with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include your account email and a brief reason. We process eligible requests within 48 hours.
