1. Our "Risk-Free" Guarantee
At PrepMyself, we are committed to helping you achieve your target IELTS score. We believe in the quality of our AI feedback and mock tests. However, we understand that our learning style isn't for everyone.
Our refund policy is designed to give you a fair chance to try the platform while preventing abuse of our premium AI resources.
2. Monthly & 3-Month Exam Pass
We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all first-time purchases of the Monthly Pro and3-Month Exam Pass plans.
To be eligible for a full refund, you must:
- Submit a refund request within7 calendar days of your initial purchase.
- Fair Usage Check: Have used fewer than5 AI Writing Corrections and completed fewer than 1 Full Mock Test.
* Note: We enforce this usage limit because we incur significant costs from AI providers for every essay we grade.
3. Paid Plan Refund Window
Monthly Pro and 3-Month Exam Pass purchases are eligible for the standard7-day refund window when the usage conditions above are met.
Refunds may be declined if substantial AI evaluation access or mock-test access has already been used during the refund window.
4. Cancellation & Billing Cycle Rules
To avoid confusion, cancellation and refunds are treated as separate processes.
- Recurring Plans (Weekly Pro / Monthly Pro):Cancellation takes effect at the next billing date, not as immediate entitlement removal.
- Active Access Until Cycle End: Premium access continues until your paid period ends.
- No Automatic Refunds on Cancellation:Cancelling a plan does not itself create a refund.
- 3-Month Exam Pass (EXAM_PRO): This is a one-time purchase and not a recurring subscription.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not available for:
- Subscription Renewals: Auto-renewal charges cannot be refunded as server capacity is reserved.
- High Usage: Accounts that have utilized significant AI resources within the first week.
6. How to Request a Refund
